Also it is our aim to have our suppliers certified in accordance to SA 8000 in year 2012-13 periods.

Quality Standards – AQL 2.5

We use the internationally accepted AQL (Accepted Quality Level) of 2.5 for goods inspected.

SAMPLE STAGE – All sorts of samples will be 100% inspected before dispatch.

ILC – In Line Check

IPC – Initial Production Check AT AQL 1.5

MPC – Mid Production Check AT AQL 1.5

FRI – Final Random Inspection AT AQL 2.5

RE-INSPECTION – If F.R.I. is rejected. AT AQL 2.5
